About Patsy Condon

Patsy joined Gilmore Murphy Realty in 2015 and quickly became an essential part of the team. In October 2020, she was appointed Office Manager, a role she embraced with enthusiasm and professionalism, bringing her trademark warmth, organization, and problem-solving abilities to the office.

In 2021, Patsy launched the Condon-Droney Team, joined by her daughter Patrice Droney, and just recently by her husband Tom Condon, a licensed broker and attorney. Together, the Condon-Droney Team is consistently the top producer in both home listings and sales at Gilmore Murphy Realty and has built one of the most respected and dynamic real estate teams in the area, serving clients throughout the Commonwealth.

With more than 25 years of hands-on real estate experience, Patsy has a deep understanding of buying, selling, and renting properties. Her 30+ years in business, including her time as Owner and Director of Parkway Preschool Center, Inc. in West Roxbury, have sharpened her marketing instincts, leadership skills, and ability to connect with people on a personal level.

Known for her creative strategies and savvy negotiating skills, Patsy approaches every transaction with precision, insight, and an unwavering commitment to her clients’ goals. Patsy is a summa cum laude graduate of Curry College in Milton, MA, with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a minor in Business. She lives in West Roxbury with her husband and team member Tom. They have four grown children, and 7 grandchildren, all of whom bring endless joy to their lives. Patsy enjoys spending time with her family and friends both in West Roxbury and on Cape Cod.
