A Stonehill College graduate and former educator of more than ten years, Patrice brings patience, organization, and strong communication to every transaction, earning lasting trust from her clients and colleagues.

As a member of the Condon-Droney Team at Gilmore Murphy Realty, Patrice combines strong market knowledge with a calm, organized approach that keeps her clients positioned for success. The team has achieved over $15 million in sales in the past year alone, a testament to their strategic planning, consistent communication, and proven results. Known for her attention to detail and proactive communication, Patrice anticipates next steps, and ensures there are no surprises along the way. 

Outside of real estate, Patrice lives in West Roxbury with her husband, two daughters, and their dog. A former state champion on her high school women’s ice hockey team, Patrice was voted captain beginning her sophomore year, showcasing her natural leadership and team-first mentality. She now spends her free time teaching her girls how to skate and looks forward to volunteering with West Roxbury’s Learn to Skate program. Patrice loves her community and enjoys any excuse to get outside, whether it’s a walk with family or friends or a pop-up yoga class in the neighborhood.
